To provide the best possible learning experience for Navy League Cadets,through the continual professional development of our volunteer Officers and Instructors.

Mission

The Navy League Cadet Officer Training Centre provides nationally approved training material and testing for all volunteer Officers and Instructors. This material will prepare Officers to accept positions of greater responsibility within the organization, enhance their volunteer experience within The Navy League of Canada, and ultimately ensure a safe and positive learning experience for cadets coast to coast.
