Amendment: NL Medal of Excellence as proposed by Mr. Dave Yates:

WRT the already distributed proposal we put together here is the motion to adopt as a result of several discussions that wanted the SC Long Service portion removed and the NL Medal of Excellence "grandfathered":

Move to adopt the NLOC Long Service Medal and Medal of Excellence Proposal, less the Sea Cadet Long Service Medal changes, effective 15 December 2011. Further, any Navy League Cadet Medal of Excellence awarded prior to 15 December 2011 will be permitted to use the original gold bars issued with it.
